DevRadar is a technology compatibility checking platform that helps developers validate their tech stack choices. The Service includes:

  • Technology compatibility checking tools
  • AI coding tool directory and comparisons
  • Project stack management (for registered users)
  • Compatibility rules and known issue documentation

User Accounts

Registration

Some features require a registered account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Account Termination

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., saved projects). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Specifically, we do not warrant that:

  • Compatibility information is 100% accurate or complete. The technology ecosystem changes rapidly, and our data may not reflect the latest updates.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Results from using the Service will meet your specific requirements.

DevRadar is an informational tool. Always verify compatibility through your own testing before making production decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from reliance on compatibility information
  • Costs of substitute products or services

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevRadar and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
